About the Author

Jill West, a C.I.S. instructor at Georgia Northwestern Technical College, brings a unique cross-section of experience in business, writing and education to the development of innovative educational materials. She has taught students of multiple ages -- K through college-level -- and has embraced a variety of content using a flipped classroom approach, distance learning and a hybrid teaching approach. She has also provided highly valued educational counseling. Ms. West has been instrumental in designing and authoring critical-thinking simulations for several of Cengage�s computer courses. She regularly presents at regional and national conferences and international webinars, frequently offering CompTIA certifications for students and train-the-trainer sessions for instructors.
